• Within niHome Group:We are able to offer the products and services we make available because of the hard work of the entire niHome Group team. niHome Group entities disclose your personal data to other niHome Group entities for purposes and uses that are consistent with this Privacy Notice and applicable law. For example, one part of niHome might share your personal data with another in order to ensure that all the people helping in your home journey are working together for you.
• Business Partners:At your direction, we may share your personal data with our business partners in order to provide you with our products and services. For example, if you ask us to, we’ll share your contact information with a real estate agent or mortgage lender.
• Legal Obligations and Rights:We may disclose your personal data to third parties, such as legal advisors and law enforcement:

Submitting Authorized Agent Requests
